Meet our team

Stig Sølvhøj

I have a Ph.D. in ’Stress Management and Coping Skills’.

Challenging and moving people mentally, has been a huge part of my life for the last 30 years. It is absolutely priceless for me to witness when a person’s light finally comes back into his or her eyes when the penny drops.

I’ve never been afraid to follow new directions, and MINDstrain has undoubtedly been the strongest concept I have ever developed.

Katrine Sejersen-Permin

I have a Masters in Educational Psychology and a Masters in Positive Psychology.

I focus on human development, and I am very curious about how we strengthen and maintain human resilience.

My conviction, in all forms of development, is that it is crucial for people to gain control of one’s self, and obtain the power to take responsibility. Self-control is one of the main elements of the MINDstrain method, if we lose it, we lose the ability to judge our own actions and we would feel compelled to give up.
