We have been talking about stress for 20-30 years, and we have recognized that it is a problem.

Many workplaces have developed stress policies, many people are in treatment,
and there are many suggestions on how to avoid stress.

Nevertheless, in the same number of years, more and more people experience stress.
WHO believes that stress will be the primary cause of sickness issues globally by 2020.
It is scary that, the more awareness that develops about stress as an issue, the more the problem seems to grow.

To us it is obvious that we need to do something else.
It is obvious that we need to look at stress, stress management and stress prevention in a new way.
As we know, if we don’t want the same results we’ve always been getting, we need to stop doing what we’ve always done.

Our proven method gets results!

1. STRESS IS REPORTED

Once you’ve noticed stress within yourself or an employee, contact Securitas Strain Line or MINDStrain for help. You don’t have to already have an agreement with Securitas.

2. STRAINLINE CONTACTED

Perhaps the company you are working for already has an agreement with Securitas. The agreement is free, payable only when a course is activated.

3. FAST BOOKING

From the moment Strainline or MINDStrain is contacted, no more than three hours go by (on weekdays between 08:00 and 20:00), before the person under stress is in contact with a coach and the first coaching session is set up.

4. COACHING COURSE

The coach sets up a course of maximum five sessions with the person suffering from stress. We know that long periods of stress are exhausting and so we want to help each client to be back on their feet again as quickly as possible.

5. FAST STABILITY

MINDStrain guarantees that the colleague suffering with stress will be up on their feet again after five sessions within a three month period, so that comfort and effectiveness are maintained.
